Pia Dumas holds a Bachelor's degree in hotel management from the Ecole Supérieure de Savignac and an Msc from ESCP Europe. She has held several positions in hotels and during her studies she worked as a consultant for the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism. She was also in charge of a study in a consulting firm specialised in the hotel industry for 3 years.
