Christie & Co operates 5 offices across France, dedicated to hotel transactions: Aix-en-Provence, Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris and Rennes. 

Our Paris office opened in 1998 and was the first international hotel market to be developed by Christie & Co outside of the UK. As the head office, the activity is varied across marketing, hotel advisory, corporate and regional transactions. 

Providing market leading advice for Paris and its suburbs, Northern and Eastern France, we offer a range of services including:

Romain Gowhari joined Christie & Co France in 2017 as Head of Corporate Hotels before being promoted to Managing Director France & Benelux.
 
Working with Romain is Soazig Drais, Associate Director Consultancy & Valuation specialising in the hotel market and facilities studies, Alexis Morcaut Investments Associate and Maximilien Heude, Analyst. 

On the transactional side of the business we have our negotiators:

Yoann Vittoz, Head of Agency 
Jean-Christophe Charolle, Senior Negotiator for Northern and Eastern France and Paris, who has extensive experience of the local markets and the French hotel industry

And ensuring the brand name gets noticed in the market is Catherine Schouteeten – Marketing and Communication manager. Catherine has a background of PR and communications in tourism and hospitality sectors and deals with all printed publications and media relations.
