How has the industry changed since you started at Christie & Co?
The industry has become very digital and must renew itself to attract new generations with different concepts. There are so many brands that it is sometimes difficult to find your way around... I find that the essentials are sometimes forgotten good bedding, flexibility, excellent service, an attractive F&B offer, and power/USB sockets for charging phones near the headboard!

Who do you draw inspiration from most in your industry?
Anne Legrand, who I had the pleasure of working with at the Paris Marriott Champs Elysées and who is now General Manager of the Renaissance St Pancras London. Just incredible energy, drive and attention to detail
