Chef de Rang in the Roomservice of a Palace in Lausanne
In a few sentences, can you tell us about your job at Christie & Co?
I assist the Advisory team in the realisation of the different studies that are entrusted to us
What is your favourite thing about working at Christie & Co?
Developing my knowledge of the hotel property sector. It's very interesting to see the many facets of this vast industry
If you had to choose a favourite project you have worked on at Christie & Co so far, what would it be?
I have been involved in a study of the hotel market in St Barts. I loved discovering the island through the different luxury hotels. I hope one day to be able to visit this magnificent destination
What has been the biggest challenge of your career so far?
Not really a challenge as I am only at the beginning of my career

My motivation and my desire to learn
Who do you draw inspiration from most in your sector?
It's not really related to hotel real estate. But I really like the chef Anne-Sophie Pic, she's very creative and she's a model of success because she has managed to forge a gastronomic empire
Tell us a bit about your life outside work - what are your hobbies?
Outside of work I go running. I'm also passionate about landscape photography. That's why I'm looking forward to travelling to discover new landscapes
What is your hometown? Where do you currently live?
I was born in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés and I currently live in Cergy to be as close as possible to ESSEC where I am studying
Where did you spend your best holidays?
The island of Nusa Penida, a few minutes by boat from Bali. It's a place with magical landscapes

Games of patience

Singapore

I spend a lot of time on LinkedIn, it allows me to read articles about different industries. I also subscribe to a newsletter on finance
