Christie & Co announces the sale of hotel Les Dryades Golf & Spa ****

Emmanuel Aubrée, head of Rennes' Christie & Co office, has sold Les Dryades Golf & Spa hotel(freehold) situated in Pouligny Notre-Dame in Centre region.

The 4-star hotel is located in the heart of a vast domain with a golf course. It offers 85 rooms, a restaurant with panoramic views, a wellness centre of 1,200 m² and a large seminar spaces with 4 rooms fully equiped. The new owner will carry out renovations.
