Christie & Co announces the sale of Les Etangs de Corot hotel (92)

The Christie & Co Paris office supported the freehold sale of the Les Etangs de Corot hotel.

"We are proud to have accompanied Alice and Jérôme Tourbier for the handover between the group Les Sources de Caudalie and Beautiful Life Hôtels to continue the superb adventure of Les Etangs de Corot. This transaction reflects the dynamism of the exceptional hotel segment, which offers high-end catering and wellness facilities on the outskirts of cities," analyses Alexis Morcaut, who led this operation with Jean-Christophe Charolle.

Les Etangs de Corot**** offers 41 rooms and 2 suites, 3 restaurants including a Michelin-starred restaurant and a Caudalie spa, and is ideally located between Paris and Versailles. Alice and Jérôme Tourbier decided to sell the establishment to Gérard Jicquel, founder and manager of the Rennes hotel group Beautiful Life Hotels, in order to devote themselves to wine tourism.
